Class of 2026, The year is finally over! You guys are officially 7th graders and are on SUMMER VACATION! No one could have imagined that we'd have to end the year like this. I feel for you guys because 6th grade is one of those years that you'll remember. Your FIRST year in Middle School is a time when you start to find yourself as an individual, and realize there is so much more to learn about the world around you. I wish I could've taught you all in person this last quarter. I wish I could have given ya'll the biggest hugs in the world at the end of the day today. I wish I could have waved all the buses away today. I wish you guys experienced your first ECMS Field day. There's so many wishes I have for you all... but know that it just makes next year even more special. I don't know what the school year of 2020-2021 will hold, but know that I will see you when we are back in school. Enjoy this quick video from this year as well as some quick awards at the end Stay Curious Ya'll!

Click to join the Virtual Raffle If you did not get a chance to win the raffle during digital learning, you can click the link below. There may be some extra funds to get additional students books over the summer. First come first served! Amazon Book Order Form Extras Tuesday Optional Activity: Reach out to one person/teacher that you weren't close with this year, but had an impact on you this year. Doesn't have to be academic based. If you don't know their name or how to spell it, try your best or describe what class they're in with you so I can try to get it to the correct person. Submit your quick notes here: Notes of Impact Grades are being finalized, so there will not be any more new assignments.
You are welcome to take this time to catch up on any missing work you have in any of your classes until May 22nd. With that being said, I'll be posting one small thing you can do each day for today, Tuesday, and Wednesday. You are not required to do this but I think it'd be fun :) Monday Optional Activity: Come up with one game to play virtually with your friends. Doesn't have to be academic based. We didn't get a field day this year, so be creative! (One idea: Cheeto Head! Put a cap on, cover it with shaving cream, and throw cheetos in the air and try and catch them on your head. The person with the most cheetos on their head at the end of the time limit wins!) Submit your ideas here: Virtual Game Ideas If we get enough ideas that could work, we can plan to play them Wednesday!
