CTLS Login Issues/Zoom issues/Multi-user setups Thread- Please read the following tips to get logged in/setup/zoom working/etc:
1. Are you going to ctlslearn.cobbk12.org ? 2. Are you using the correct username/password Username is in format [email protected] usually firstname.lastname but NOT always (see below) 3. If prompted for Client ID are you using gacobb (all lowercase) 4. Are you using a supported browser (and updated to latest version)? Supported Browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Chromium Edge 5. Have you signed in before to Office 365? If not, make sure that works. 6. Are you new to Cobb County? If you are new student log in to Office 365 first and password is happy and you should then update it! 7. Many students passwords are one of the following: student ID, did you try that or 123 or 1234 or their birthdate Do you need help finding your Office 365 username? Do you need to clear your browser cache? Things to try Clear your cache/cookies Quit and relaunch the browser Use File | New Incognito Window (private window) for 2nd users Use a 2nd browser Issues with Zoom Install the Zoom app on your device/computer as backup Make sure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser for CTLS Allow pop up windows, allow content, and always allow camera and microphone use.
