Today we took a short quiz over the atmosphere and heat transfer. Those grades will be in the gradebook for you to look at by tomorrow morning. We also got started on our sand and water heating lab. Today we were able to learn about the three different types of heat transfer. Today we went over the differences between the greenhouse effect and global warming. We also were able to hear from Ian Stewart as he took us on a tour of our atmosphere. So cool! Today we turned in our atmosphere practice and were able to finish our layers of the atmosphere foldable. If you did not complete your homework, you had to finish it before you got your foldable so you may have some extra homework tonight.

Welcome back from Fall Break! We hit the ground running today. We took our Pre-Test for Unit 3, and also had the opportunity to look back at our Unit 2 Test. We analyzed our test results, and received enrichment or remediation. Remember that you should have a third folder with you for Unit 3 now :)
